ARM IN THE WRONG PLACE

High school wrestling tournament.  The wrestler in the foreground is in trouble and he's doing precisely the wrong thing to get out of it.  His left arm is over the top of his opponent's  leg.....it should be inside and not outside his leg.  He has no leverage to turn on the outside of the leg.  Switch to the inside and he has leverage and can muscle his way out of trouble and even reverse positions and gain 2 points.
