Fylde Gallery, Lytham Hall
We walked from near Ls into Lytham and then onto Lytham Hall. This gallery has recently opened with funding from Fylde Council. The paintings are from the Lytham St Annes collection. I’ve seen most of them before because they were all hanging in the Town Hall where I used to work. The one on the left ‘The Italian Flower Girl’ use to hang in the Reception Room. Council Meetings were held there and I often used to sit looking at it. Great to see it restored and in its new home. Still freezing. The floor in the photo is 400 years old.
