This is Only Helpful Some of the Time…

…like maybe until about 3 o’clock in the afternoon, when all that my energy wants is a nice nap.  

I had a lovely birthday, with an invigorating walk by the turbulent ocean and a delicious meal with Mr S in a local restaurant. The dessert came with a candle, thankfully only one.
