The Love Child Chronicles

Bees Do It

I happened upon some very tall wildflower/weeds today while walking around the Arboretum in my town. I stopped to look and was taken aback by the number of bees that were busy doing their thing, pollenating and drinking nectar from the bright pink blooms.

August is here, yet there are still many plants blooming around town. It has been a prolific year for plants here in New Jersey.

I have to say that today's walk was a tad bittersweet, as my family is leaving NJ at the end of the month. We are moving back into New York State, about an hour Northeast of here.

It will be a far more rural environment, and I am looking forward to many more Blips of mountains, lakes, rivers, deer, and maybe a black bear or two!

Until then, I will try to post some uniquely New Jersey photos.

Change is good!
