We got home just before middnight and enjoyed a good Sunday lay-in before having to face the day - a bit brighter than yesterday's grey one.
Early afternoon we popped into nearby Monmouth (South Wales, UK) to do some shopping and enjoy a coffee with friends.
I took a long detour through country lanes and in a small hamlet near Llancloudy (Herefordshire) a small holding was selling half dozen eggs at £1.20 so I bought a dozen, when the owner Sarah came out and we enjoyed a chat. We're going to enjoy poached eggs on toast tonight!
Continuing the journey through Llangarron I spotted this lovely derelict window and stopped to take a photo' - Mrs BB being used to such she carried on reading her book!
