Little fluffy balls

Came across one of the Egyptian geese and their goslings on my morning walk. There were 5 little goslings, all running around being very interested in everything. I let them cross the bridge before me. I hope they survive - someone said that a brood of 9 were hatched already this year and none of them have survived. Maybe that was for the other pair we have on campus. My fingers are crossed - it’s been so cold recently - it seems very early to be raising young.
