It's cold out there!

We went to see my mother-in-law for lunch. She enjoyed having company and the lunch we prepared: smoked trout with salad. And we left her a plate of roast chicken and vegetables for later.
I took Max for a walk in the nature reserve after lunch and oh my word, it was cold. There's been a biting wind all day. Back home, the wood burner was brought into action rather quickly.
