Swans.

Our first walk of the day was at the Kelpies. Much quieter than normal. Home and made in lentil soup.

Lunch after a walk along the canal then up to Gargunnock to see the snowdrops which were lovely.

Over 15000 steps today which I would never have been able to do a few months ago. Upwards and onwards!
