Staying indoors

Today I didn’t venture outside. It was cold and windy and I was tired from yesterday. Instead I cooked lunch (salmon with vegetables) and remembered that a colleague/friend had told me that her daughter had bought an old cookbook on EBay. As there is an old cookbook in my family (passed down, but in my opinion of no use whatsoever for the modern world), I photographed some of the pages and sent them to my friend.
The cookbook dates back to 1885 and the recipes sometimes use ingredients you would have a hard time getting today.
