Honey show

By a lovely stroke of luck there was a honey show in the village this morning! They had lots of information, honey for sale, a wonderful tombola which gave Wendy three gifts! And things to do, Wendy made a candle and a bug hotel. Of course the show entries interested me, they looked very impressive and had a nice category for ‘hive products’ which were general crafts. I chatted with a few people, they had a poor season last year too.
We bought some ivy honey, very set, and some dark liquid honey which I am looking forward to tasting in the morning!
