Art Museum

At the Tucson Muesum of Art this couple is enjoying this ancient tree. They are early for the 12 noon opening. He admits to being an artist. Free admission is available on the first Sunday of each month.

We specifically attended to see the ceramic sculpture of George, from the wait staff at the Roadrunner Grille.

George displayed two works. First was "Stirred not Shaken" was a humourous depiction of the tornado from the 'Wizard of Oz'. Various objects were being sucked into the tornado including the Tin Man riding on a Skateboard.

The second was a depiction of the sinking of the Titanic. The captain was shown with a broken ship for a moustache. He was obviously under water because on his hat was a small four stack ship and a small iceberg.
