As I  increasingly become weaker I am more reliant taking long range shots from the safety of my wheelchair. Something I really do not enjoy however, it is now a fact of life.
Today I embark on a 6. week physiotherapy course of Hydrotherapy. Hoping I can climb down the pool steps, to avoid the humiliation of being hoisted, all that fuss!
