SPOOKY HOUSE?!!!!!

This old house in Pleasant Point was once owned by one Mr. Braithwaite - he made overalls in a big garage in the back of the house. When we came here Braithwaite was on the Board of Mosgiel Woollens In Dunedin which was closed and some of the staff were lucky enough to be transferred to Alliance Textiles in Timaru.
Mr. Braithwaite rented this house to some of the people who were shifted from Dunedin (we had bought our own home in Timmaru) so my friend who I went to Australia with and her husband shifted into it until they bought their own home. Kathy had a 5year old who started school in Pleasant Point and three year old and a new baby (Stefan who we atayed with in MacKsy).
She wouldn't stay in the house by herself at night - reckoned it was haunted and the next couple who rented it after Kath and John also reckoned it was haunted but that the ghost was friendly.
Has been sold since then and do not know who owns it now but they have been there for a long time and if there is a ghost it obviously doesn;t worry them.
