Spring is peeping through!! Hooray sun and bright day after a grey start.
So Great Running shop im Chichester.  14 years of Saucony they are now made so hard and uncomfortable.
Took the plunge  and had my gait done and 4 different shoes later.  Mizuno won!!hope I the machine was right and the shop..I always buy online but having sent 3 lots back this time.shop.

Last gait done 8 years ago!!
Another running shoe been going centuries Karhu? never heard of was very comfy but the Mizz won!!.
Down to the sea front wooo thw kite surfers were out and about!
Yes V pleased Conclave won Best film it was soooo good watched on way back from Dubai.
