The award for

the most boring photo goes to ME. It is just for my records, but fits the UGLY bill, I think. Certainly not pretty.
After a long wait the builder arrived today and works have begun on my downstairs toilet. Yeah.
The soil pipe has been inserted through the wall in readiness for the toilet.....but the pipes for the water  system in the house were difficult to sort out.  A plan has been made now so the plumber will be back in a couple of days when further necessary works have been done.
