The Bass Rock

It was grey again when I got up this morning, but it really brightened up. It was still very cold. I met up with three friends for brunch, and we had a great catch up, over some lovely food. Our boys were all in the same class at primary school, and three out of four of them are still really good friends.

The boys had had lunch by the time I got home. I got home to find BB cleaning his rugby boots, something I have never seen him do before. He then washed his scrum cap. I had already washed his very muddy kit!!

TT and I went over to North Berwick for a walk this afternoon, and were very disappointed to find it was very grey and gloomy. We had a nice walk, it was bracing, we were dodging the water as the tide came in.

We came home via the supermarket, and then I cooked salmon for tea. BB had gone home mid afternoon.

We had a quiet evening, and sorted out our travel plans for visiting TT’s brother.

The waves were really crashing in Milsey Bay, but it was much calmer in West Bay (extra).
