Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

Hot cross bun

Poached eggs for breakfast.  Then toasted hot cross bun with Wensleydale cheese for lunch.

Plain Wensleydale is difficult to find round here - you can get it with apricots or cranberries around Christmas.  This was purchased when we were up in Antrim in November - it's been in the freezer - tastes fine, but a bit more crumbly than when fresh.  But, wonders of wonders, I've found a shop in Wexford that has a cheese counter that sells Wensleydale, so we need never run out again.

Orchestra rehearsal in the afternoon.
