Concorde…..

A busy day…..Pilates then another test drive re a new car.
This afternoon a friend, plus her little dog, came over and is staying the night. She was cabin crew for BA and worked on Concorde. She has been turning out her cupboards and brought me this Concorde stationary..I’m sure the grandchildren will be interested to see it. High quality embossed paper. She has fond memories of her time doing transatlantic flights and many of the celebs she met too. After that she did more mundane flights but was quite senior so often worked in first class.
I remember the last flight into Heathrow as the school where I was working was under the flight path and we all went out onto the playing field to see it fly past for the last time.

We went out to Cote in teddington….Cote two days in a row but I did eat something different and the restaurant was very quiet compared to the one in Sloan Square!
