Half term day one

Out first thing with the dog, a beautiful morning and we were both happy to be out. The husband was happy to be in bed!

The boys and I visited our old neighbours this morning, we all loved it and it was so nice to see them! I wasn't sure how the boys would be going 'back', but they found it quite settling. 

Home, out again to Burghley for some advice about how to care for some heirloom textiles I have - advice that is long overdue, but done now!

Then we went to Granny and Grandpa, youngest found something quite disregulating, so he and I went out, we ended up in the church where the husband and I married, as with all churches, such calming places and the youngest left in a far better place, we then had a lovely time, chatting and laughing - and a new coat for him!
