A Lovely Visit

My friend Eli arrived just a half hour late on the train to Portland. Her 15-month old daughter is incredible...so darned smart and cute. Eli and her family call me "Auntie Cutie Katie"...I'm not sure where the "cutie" came from, but it stuck. Since they came down on the train, we got out a book about trains that Orion insisted I read to her....I'm smitten! 

They're taking a nap right now :-)
