Men at work…

Originally my entry was for Tiny Tuesday but it didn’t really work at all. Probably because I was having a fasting blood test this morning and all I could think of was the tiny raspberries and blueberries with my cereal. Whatever the reason is it was a lousy pic. I was muttering about it until I got to the bottom of the hill and saw these men at work. I thought what a shame I can’t use this pic for my blip and carried on to town.

It wasn’t until I was back home full of a delicious bacon roll that logic returned and I realised that I didn’t have to do a Tiny Tuesday blip; I could do anything I wanted to. So here it is and one of my favourite subjects to boot:-)
And incidentally the phrase ‘to boot’ is curious and wiki says the origin is this…
The expression "to boot" comes from Middle English, which predates computers and cars. The Old English root is "bot," or "advantage. "To boot" means "in addition to," as in a bonus.
