Clear skies

Bitterly cold but clear again today so we went to the DLC with K and I spent quite a bit of time in the gym. R and K spent less time but then went swimming.
I didn’t run because my foot is still sore but it wasn’t too bad and I managed to cycle on the machine. We dropped K at Battle station and then I carried on with my non exec application before dinner. We watched Unforgotten all evening which was entertaining
