Ice Mountain?

…….or not!
It’s the thick ice I fished out of the birdbath early afternoon.
It was -2C when Stephen drove me to the hospital this morning for my Pre Op appointment at 8:00am.
Beautiful sunrise.
Clear icy blue sky.
Cold wind.
A friend of ours called in early afternoon and the three of us sat in the summerhouse enjoying the sunshine pouring in and having a chat.

As it is Tuesday our friend Karen is coming to dinner as usual.
I will be having a rest watching tv later!
