Ali x 2

Two of my gym friends are called Ali. I have missed both of them in the period when I have been banned from serious exercise due to the need for time to recover from my operation.

This morning I met Ali C at her flat, then accompanied her back to mine for a cup of tea. This afternoon I walked to Portobello to meet Ali F at the bottom of Kings Road. We walked along the prom to her house and then enjoyed a happy couple of hours of chat together there.

I blipped this lobster on Portobello prom.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; walking (19,259 steps).
