Bòtainn bheag
We woke up to a light dusting of snow - much less that had be forecast - and which soon melted.
I also woke up feeling better than I had yesterday - no more sneezing and tissue consumption has gone down.
I spotted this little lost boot on my way down to the dentist for my regular check up. All good which is always a relief.
The rest of the day has been spent on a mixture of Gaelic and admin. The former included work on my measadh labhairt (oral assessment), a chat with some of my classmates and the later included filling in a form for the bank so that they can ascertain the tax residency of one of the local groups for which I am treasurer. It seemed overkill for a small community based group but there you go.
The chat with my classmates was fun - it was nice to chat with each other outwith class time and to get to know each other better.
My Placenames of Scotland class now beckons. This week and next we will be looking a research methods in relation to discovering the meaning behined a name which I am looking forward to.
