Woohoo!

I know it's a long way off and heavily cropped - and my apologies to those of you who would prefer a good photo of a sparrow to a 'not so good' photo of a barn owl in flight - but for me, it was so exciting and my reward for hanging around in chilly 4 degrees (and being on the verge of giving up), that it has to be my blip!

Today has been a good bit sunnier weatherise - perfect weather for the men who were taking down a sad conifer in my garden. It meant I stayed home for the sunniest part of the day but that was ok. And I saw a sparrow hawk land on the garden fence. Bonus!
