Sunlit too

Something inside appreciating the sunshine today, this African violet likes its kitchen windowsill location. Nice to have two days in a row of sunshine but it has been very cold. I managed to stir my bones this morning to run for the first time in an age. Back to week one of Couch to 5k for the umpteenth time but good to get going again. There was also a walk round to the post box this afternoon so I have got my 10 000 steps in on a non-term time day which is not always a thing.
