Playing Field Gates

I haven't been walking to the swimming pool for a couple of weeks after the G.P. advised to rest my achilles tendon.  Frustratingly, even after 2 weeks I haven't noticed much improvement, that despite taking strong anti-inflammatories, so I tried a gently stroll this morning. No ill effects. I'm still waiting on a call to say when I can get some more physiotherapy.

Anyway, this was the first time this year that the walk wasn't in complete darkness. You could see the lightening sky to the east and I didn't need a head torch in the darker sections.

It's been lovely to have a couple of days with bright sunshine.
