A gray day

It was a gray day with drizzle, but we enjoyed a walk on the beach before I went to work. Several people have canceled their appointments this week because of illness or doctors appointments, so I get to go on a few more walks. Grateful to be staying well. And constantly working to stay present in the moment where things are okay (in spite of the current state of affairs which has every one upset!)
