If there are shadows

 there must be sunshine!
I tried to go for a bit of pool exercise today but as it is half term the pool was full; great to see all the kids having fun, but . . .
So called on Terri and we went out for a stroll and coffee.  It was sunny - about 13˚C and gratefully the wind wasn't up.  Very pleasant.  Then did my shopping before heading home to see how far the builder has got . ..  slowly does it.  Plumber has found a way to get water to the room so that is a huge bonus.
Extra shows the sea/waves off Westward Ho! towards Hartland Point. The   sea looking pretty murky.
