We had a lovely time my sis picked me up - so I bought the coffee and biscuits . Well, we chatted and chatted we are a support to each other. Before coffee we popped to Jaonneuse Bay, if it’s high tide it’s a great place to be, although it was very seaweedy but the rollers were good. Then this afternoon I went to have my haircut, it was a mess and sticking out all over the place. Now tea is cooking a nice piece of Cod each with a few oven chips and sweetcorn. And I took out of the freezer two little Apple pies and they are defrosting and warming up on top of the fire.
