Kirkcudbright Harbour

Today's the day ...................... to moor up

Despite the fact that quite a few of the fishing boats were quayside in Kirkcudbright today, there wasn't a lot going on.  In fact, the place was deserted.

I think we're forecasted to have high winds for the next few days, so maybe they were moored up out of the way, until things quieten down.  Also, high winds do funny things to the tides at this time of the year - as you can see in this Kirkcudbright Harbour blip three years ago.

Today though, it was all a bit Marie Celeste -ish down at the quay ...............!
