Wallington

We love to visit Wallington a few times a year and today was the first of 2025. The snow drops were fabulous, indeed the gardens in general looked great. They have opened a second hand bookshop since our last visit and hubby left with three books.
Surprised to spot a couple of lambs in the field in front of the hall. Not a very clear shot as they were quite away off.
It’s great that many of the national trust is making more of there coffee shops dog friendly, Hetty enjoyed the warmth while we had lunch.
Two degrees when we left the village and seven when we got back, so seems to be getting warmer.
The cottage is finally feeling cosy, it seems to have taken longer this visit.
