leaking news:  it appears that 2 of our loos have seals in the cistern that have failed - yet they only drip a small amount of water 24/7 - no way 1000 litres.  if it was 5 litres i'd be astonished.

i don't know how to proceed.  
if we fix them how will we be able to show that there is something else going on that has nothing to do with us...
