Super quick dinner!

I had a leftover homemade black bean burger in the fridge, so just crumbled it over a plate of salad. For a makeshift meal it was very nice! 
Kath and I had been down to the recycle shop having a good clear out. We always have so many donations; every week we have a few boxes, today's good boxes we're large with some lovely crockery amongst other bits and pieces. We found a place for it all by culling some things that have been sat around for a long long time. We take excess to other charity shops if they are too good to dispose of. 
We both enjoy the sorting and tidying ready for people on Saturday morning.
