Is it Spring Yet?

It's sure feeling like spring is trying to ease its way into Portland! A high of 54F/12C this afternoon! I took my friend and her daughter to the train station this morning - they're headed home to Seattle. Delightful to see them both, but I have to admit that I'm pretty tired! That little girl so bright and active and has a set of lungs that brings me to my knees!

So a quiet afternoon, but made it to a Pilates class and now I feel much better. A good night's sleep and I'll be back to normal, whatever that is ;-)

I bought these tulips last week - they're about to disintegrate, so I took them outside for a luscious photo before they hit the compost bin.
