Hungry Manakin

Another day of training.  And quite a good day at that. We had one of the specialist nurses come in and teach us more on different types of feeding tubes, and buttons,  and tracheotomy tubes. We have a couple of students at the moment who are fed through tubes. Two students that have buttons for various reasons. And we will be getting a couple of new students after the summer that have feeding tubes and a tracheotomy.  So we have to keep updated about suction machines , medications , etc.

The wildlings were well behaved again and just played away in one of the classrooms. They also got to use the work Ipads. I'm a android gal so that's all that's in this house but they really liked the ipads.

I'm glad I talked myself into going a run last night. I surprised myself.  It was only 4miles but I normally have a wee jeff around 2/3 km but I actually ran the whole way without stopping or anything.  Quite pleased with that. Me and Gordon have planned a route for Saturday morning that should be around 9miles. I'm not sure what's wrong with me. Hahahaha but I have enjoyed my last two runs. Like actually have a really positive feeling about it and not just running because I want space or anything.

A early blip from me as we have loads to do around here as we are off on a adventure tomorrow.
