Pigs Alley
There was torrential rain overnight followed by one almightly thunder clap this morning and nothing else, which prompted a lot of interest on local media.
Early afternoon I had a quick walk around Ross on Wye town (Herefordshire, UK) and took a photo' of the Pig Mural greeting people as they enter Pigs Alley A local informed me that it's so named as pigs were walked along here to a Butchers Shop. The link is the only reference I can find to a nearby Cox Butcher Shop (existed about 1895) which had a slaughter yard at the rear and specialised in Pork Products!
