Silent Men

After the noisy and busy Bridget Jones I went to see the quiet and empty Silent Men in St Andrews this morning. A thought provoking documentary about Scottish men being unable to communicate and show their emotions. With suicide the main cause of death for Scottish men under 35 this film should be shown in schools to start the process of explaining and talking about mental health.
