The day before spring arrived

The Swedish meteorological definition of ”spring” is (takes deep breath)

”the first of seven consecutive days during which the daily average temperature is above 0°C, no earlier than 15th February.”

And judging by the weather forecast, that day will be either tomorrow or Saturday, to be retroactively announced a week later.

-11°C on the thermometer this morning. Sure doesn’t feel like spring to me.
