Tims Cheat Bread again

I've mentioned before that nephew Tim arrives with a selection of flours and bread making instructions. The last loaf blipped was Shipton's Mill  malted brown with sunflower seeds.  This time I've used  their fig, spelt and pumpkin seed 50/50 with white. It's a bit dense. Perhaps it needs more white.  
And the Tims cheat recipe as described here.  Except I started in the morning and tipped it out after 7 hours because I was impatient.  Perhaps not quite long enough.
