...(just about) when I finished work  :) 

Our balcony railing is looking very grotty - Tim's going to see about getting it dipped.  He had a very busy day today, following up points from our damp survey and dealing with Ian (who was sorting out our soakaways in the back garden) - while I had a slightly less manic workday.
