Rain

I'm really not doing much with this week off.  It's quite nice. Usually I'm one of those people that has to make the most of a week off and have a load of things planned, but this week I'm just rolling with it a bit more.  Today's excitement was going to get my hair mid life crisis purple again and I do rather like it.  I've also been starting the last stair which needs staining and painting before we get the new floor put down.  Cleaned the bath too.  That's been about it.

We had some rather spectacular rains followed by sun this afternoon.  I liked how the bright sun was casting shadows on the cheese plant leaf in the window (don't worry, it doesn't had the lurgy).  Just ignore the streaky windows!
