DAY 1…LANZAROTE

Although we planned to go away this week we had a few things to sort before we could book.
I’m not sure I’ve ever booked, checked in on the same day and then had to start packing :))
We dropped Daisy at Mums (who is kindly sharing her care with J) at 8:15 then headed to Gatwick. Everything went so smoothly it was scary…easy journey, packed immediately, bus transfer came within a minute, no queues at security and our gate was the nearest!!! Apparently our pilot was caught up in a motorway incident but a replacement crew were found and we eventually landed early!!!

# easy trip to hotel once we found the taxi!!! Not sure how active we intend to be at the Barcelo Active Resort :))) unless reading, puzzles and games are included?!?!
