Dragonfly

Found this little beauty just sitting quietly on a tree branch in the garden, normally by the time I get my camera a subject like this would be long gone, but this one just sat waiting for me to get back

I think it is an Autumn Meadowhawk (based on a few minutes Google research)

Its very hot and humid here so maybe he's (she) waiting for some rain.
