The Halo

As we were in Rossendale today, we decided to have a look and see what 'The Halo' was all about.
Not a good choice - it was pouring down with rain and quite breezy on the top of this hill - also they were doing maintenance on it.
Not the ingredients for a good blip - but that's what we did - so here is the blip :-)

The Halo is high above Haslingden, overlooking the Rossendale Valley and is part of the Panopticon series of structures across East Lancashire.
