Always Watching

His incisions are healing, but have begun to itch. I’ve caught him a few times biting at the stitches in just the few minutes he’s “cone free” to eat and drink. I want him to nap without the restrictions of a cone, so we compromised and he naps in my office, gated so I can keep an eye on him while I work.

Another COLD day, but the winds are finally calming down. They weather people say we may teach temps in the double digits and may even push above freezing by the weekend. I think 32 degrees is going to feel like a heat wave after the 45+ days of brutal cold!
