Tree week!

I think the third tree photo I've posted inside a week, but today was again overcast and drizzly. We decided that the mornings forecast looked better than the afternoons, so drove east to Great Mell Fell, and walked up it. Surprisingly cold, very windy and sporadic rain didn't make it a walk for great open landscapes, but Great Mell Fell has always had some amazing trees on it. Sadly high winds have blown many over, but this fabulous group on the way back down did remind me of the Lord of the Rings films.
