Nightmare day!

Warning ~ rant to follow!


The title is an oxymoron but sums up today!


The gas engineer came to do the annual service. Despite the fact we are still waiting for a new boiler we had to have it done!



He had to decommission & turn off the gas as it was no longer safe!


This was after we have been trying for over 11 months to get something sorted! 


This means we have no hot water & two small fan heaters they gave us as heating! Not happy!


We have put in an Official Complaint which I think is well warranted!


Now we wait! Rant over!
