I tried out one of my possible commute journeys today...
I had to get to Goodmayes Hospital for an Occupational Health appointment, so caught the train to Stratford, then the Elizabeth Line to Goodmayes. My appointment took about 15 minutes, and my travels took about 2 hours each way, so it was a bit of a mission, but I'd wanted to try the route anyway, so "no regrets".
I'll not be making that particular commute more than twice a month, and it'll usually be less fleeting a visit and more collaborative.
